Clearwater Florida Breast Augmentation
Author: Ned James
For many women in Clearwater, Florida, breast augmentation is now a serious consideration. Over the past 40 years breast implants have been a controversial topic. However the reality is today that breast implants in Clearwater are so popular that the controversy is seriously waning. Over 350,000 women each year around the United States have made breast augmentation the most popular cosmetic enhancement procedure.
Saline or Silicone Breast Implants in Clearwater, Florida
One of your most important decisions when considering breast augmentation is to choose your breast implant type, saline or silicone. There are benefits to each and you should research the differences thoroughly. While silicone implants are considered to be more natural in appearance, saline implants offer a smaller incision site on the body as well as a greater variety of incision methods. You will also want to take into account that saline breast implants will cost you about a thousand dollars less than silicone.
The TUBA Breast Implant Incision
Each incision method has benefits and challenges. The transumbilical (TUBA) method for incision has become popularly known as scarless breast augmentation. Using this method your Clearwater plastic surgeon will slide an empty saline breast implant through an endoscope placed through your belly button all the way up under your stomach wall to place it under your breast. Not every plastic surgeon is certified to do this type of surgery, though most can perform the other three types of incisions.
What Recovery Garments Do I Need?
After your Clearwater plastic surgeon places your implants, you will definitely want to take care of your new breasts. This means that you will want to invest in high quality breast augmentation recovery bras to prevent a phenomenon known as rapid descent of the implant. Recovery bras should be worn for approximately one month after surgery, while a good sports bra is advised for an additional two weeks. With the high cost of breast implants be sure to invest a hundred bucks in quality recovery garments.
Clearwater Breast Implant Sizes
One of the first things you will want to know is breast implants do not come in cup sizes such as C cup or D cup. Breast implant sizes are measured in terms of the amount filler included such as 300cc, 350cc, 500cc and so on. The range of breast implant sizes is from 100cc to 800cc while the most common size is about 350cc. You and your doctor will decide what breast implant size is necessary to augment the amount of breast tissue you already have to be the ultimate cup size you want to have. Your decision upon the right breast implant size is critical as the most common reason for patient dissatisfaction is for having chosen the wrong size.
What Are Breast Implant Sizers?
Given the regrets women have had with their choice in breast implant size there have been a number of commercially available breast implant sizers. Sized comparably to breast implants these are designed to be placed within a bra. The earliest and most basic of them are simply plastic bags filled with water. The most recent and advanced systems are filled with plastic beads, almost like a bra enhancer sized like a breast implant. Do a simple google search under keywords breast implant sizers to find the one right for you.
Finally, it is important to note that most studies show that by far most women who have undergone breast augmentation report that they are glad to have done so. The only real issue remaining is the choice in breast implant sizes which you can improve through the use of quality breast implant sizers. As you experience different breast sizes note how you feel. You might very well be surprised at what size you ultimately choose.

The cost of breast implants? in Florida?
I’m think about getting breast implants from a A cup to a large C cup. How much do implants usually cost and are there payments plans for breast implants? Also does any know any places in Tamp or in Florida where I can go?
I went from an A to a C as well and I look fine (to the first lady who an swered this question). I am so happy with my results. Find a good surgeon and you will be too. In Florida, the prices range, depending on the type of implants and the doctor you go to. Also, if you have any reconstructive type of surgery, it will jack up the price. I did, and I also recieved silicon because they look more natural, and my surgery was $10,000. I imagine if you are going from a simple A to C cup, however, it should range from $4,000 to $5,000.
About how much does breast implants cost in Miami Florida? Is silicone safer?
im 18 years old and im thinking about breast implants in the near future
oh and im size A36 and im 18 i doubt they will grow anymore, i want them a bit bigger
saline is thought to be safer. silicone just got legalized again after many years off the market due to claims it was making people sick. Now silicone is in thicker form making it less likely to run and leak throughout your body if the bag breaks. However you still have to get mri’s done to make sure they aren’t leaking, silicone can be dangerous. Saline some complain don’t feel as real as silicone but i can’t say since i’ve not felt it.
At18 you should be loving your breasts not wanting a boob job! every 10 years you have to get them replaced!

Breast lift questions?
I’m 30 years old, bra size 34DD and my breasts have sagged a lot. I am very insecure about it and would really like to have a breast lift.
I read about a procedure called the donut shape breast lift, where they only cut around the nipple, not down the breast. Has anyone here done this or know what the requirements are for it? Is a DD too big for this procedure?
Does anyone know what a breast lift costs nowadays or can anyone suggest a good surgeon (I’m in Central Florida).
I haven’t had children yet, do you know whether this will affect my ability to breast feed? I don’t want implants, just the lift.
Can you tell me anything about your own experiences with breast lifts?
Thanks in advance for your answers. Of course I will do more research before I make a decision, but this is just to get some ideas. Thank you so much.
I haven’t had a breast lift but 3 weeks i go however i did have a breast reduction, i was a 36dd and now i’m a B cup but i know that when u have a breast reduction it is also a breast lift too. So i don’t think that a dd is soo big to do this procedure and i had the same insition (sp?) done when they cut around my nipple and under my breast instead of coming down from the nipple this reduces the visibility of any scars if you will have any because it is under your breast. so if there is any scaring if you don’t take it easy after surgery than you will not be able to see it and my nipples are healing very well. They went in and cut my areola and made it smaller so it can match my new breasts and it looks like i was born with them! i love my new breasts and i can’t wait until they heal all the way. i went to a surgeon in southeast GA by savannah. Maybe you should do some searching on the internet about the procedure you would like to get, because that it what i did before i had my surgery and there are some websites that even show an animated video of the procedure. Good luck!
Help finding a good doctor for breast implants/augmentation?
Where can I go to find or research for a good doctor to get breast implants in Central Florida? I live in a suburban area of Florida so it’s not like I can go out and walk around to find a surgeon, so online websites are preferred. All I need is some information on getting a good and safe surgeon in my area and maybe an estimate of costs. Any help is appreciated.
Please don’t post answers advising me against it or anything relating to self-esteem. I’m 22 years old and well aware of the risks at hand.
